As a veteran in the digital signage industry, I often get inquiries from customers asking: "Are these ultra-wide stretched bar displays a nightmare to install?"
Honestly, you can think of it like hanging a long scroll painting in your home. As long as you choose the right size and the proper bracket, the installation is actually incredibly simple and convenient.

Tool Kit: Impact drill, spirit level, screwdriver, and measuring tape.
Site Inspection: Confirm the wall's load-bearing capacity. While wooden partitions are fine for smaller units, a solid wall (concrete or brick)
is highly recommended for larger displays.

Because of their unique aspect ratio, the physical structure of a stretched bar display is more delicate than a standard 16:9 screen. To ensure a smooth setup, always follow these professional guidelines:
Attention | Avoiding pitfalls | Risk |
Pressure Points | Strictly prohibit pressing on the front of the screen! When handling, apply pressure only to the metal frame. | Stretched screens lack central horizontal support; pressing on them can easily lead to liquid leakage or a shattered display. |
Heat Dissipation Space | If using a recessed (in-wall) installation, adequate space must be reserved at the rear. | Poor heat dissipation will lead to overheating of the screen, resulting in a black screen. |
Screw Length | You must use the manufacturer’s original screws or strictly verify the length before use. | Screws that are too long will directly puncture the backplate and may even pierce the LCD panel. |
Conclusion
In the end, is installing a bar screen difficult? Not at all, it just requires a bit of "patience."
